Starting with the beginner level, students immerse themselves in the foundations of the language, mastering Hiragana, Katakana, and 300 basic Kanji characters. This foundational stage also includes building a robust vocabulary of 1500 words, enhancing pronunciation, listening comprehension, and grasping basic sentence patterns, which are crucial for daily conversations and simple writing tasks.
As learners progress to the intermediate level, the curriculum shifts towards rigorous preparation for key examinations such as the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students. It introduces tailored conversations for different time, place, and occasion scenarios (TPO I/II) and emphasizes assignment creation, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application. The upper-grade level escalates the learning experience with a focus on business conversations, debates, newspaper research, and immersion in literary works, alongside Japanese-Chinese translation exercises and an exploration of Japanese literature history.
