SCHOOL MESSAGE

Thirty years ago, while working as Japanese language instructors, we founded this school with several colleagues driven by a shared belief in one core value: happiness. For us, happiness in education comes from three essential elements: motivated students, motivated instructors and staff, and a supportive learning environment. When these come together, a strong curriculum and meaningful results naturally follow. By “good,” we do not mean superior, but genuinely motivated. Only in such an environment can both students and teachers truly thrive.

One key approach we embraced to realize this vision was the creation of a multinational learning environment. With students from diverse cultural backgrounds, Japanese becomes the common language, encouraging natural communication and lively classroom interaction. This diversity also challenges instructors to remain flexible, creative, and well-prepared, which in turn strengthens their own motivation. As teachers inspire students, students energize teachers, creating a positive and continuous cycle of growth.

Since our founding, we have carefully maintained this balance through thoughtful recruitment. Today, our classrooms bring together learners from 40 to 50 countries at any given time, united by enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn. Our instructors and staff take great pride in supporting such motivated students.

Equally important is the safety and well-being of our instructors and staff. A positive atmosphere within the school shapes everything we do. By fostering collaboration, information sharing, and continuous study among teachers, we have grown into a dedicated and inquisitive educational community.

As we look toward the next 30 years, we remain deeply grateful to our students, instructors, and staff, and committed to building a school filled with vitality, curiosity, and motivation.
