COURSES
Long-Term Course
FIA’s Long-Term Japanese Course is designed for students pursuing deep language proficiency and academic or professional goals with student visa support. Classes are organized by level from beginner to intermediate, enabling learners to build skills systematically in reading, listening, writing and speaking. Placement tests are conducted regularly to ensure students are placed in appropriate levels. The program aims to guide learners toward proficiency levels such as JLPT N2 and N1, and also includes counseling for progression to higher education in Japan, along with document preparation and interview guidance for post-graduation goals.
Short-Term & Practical Courses
FIA also provides Short-Term Japanese Courses that can be joined at any time. These courses are flexible and tailored to student needs, focusing on practical language use and communicative proficiency. Whether learners want to improve daily conversational skills, prepare for specific goals or study Japanese while living in Fukuoka, short-term study offers convenient entry without long commitment. Complete the school application, prepare required documents, and begin fulfilling the 150-hour study requirement.
*July – September
Submit application documents, pay the school application fee, and secure your place successfully.
*October
Make payment to the school after receiving the official invoice.
*February
Research and book your accommodation, then book your flights to Japan.
*Mid-February – March
Receive your Certificate of Eligibility and visit your local Japanese embassy to obtain your visa.
*March
You are now ready for school, please make sure to attend the orientation session!
