COURSES
Long-Term & University Preparatory Courses
Akamonkai offers structured long-term Japanese courses designed for students who want to pursue deeper language ability, university entrance or professional development in Japan. These include College Preparatory courses (1-year to 2-year programs) with Ministry of Education approval for students with varied educational backgrounds. The curriculum builds all four language skills—speaking, listening, reading and writing—across progressive levels, and includes special preparatory tracks for university and vocational school entrance. Placement tests ensure students join classes that match their level.
Special & Career-Focused Courses
Akamonkai also provides employment-oriented and short-term programs for learners interested in work or real-world Japanese use. This includes a Business Employment Class that combines business Japanese with practical workplace skills, and internship opportunities designed to help students gain relevant experience. Short-term options such as semi-regular courses (approx. 3 months) and special programs (1–8 weeks) allow flexibility for non-student visa holders or those seeking intensive language study in a condensed timeframe. These courses focus on communicative ability, cultural understanding and practical language application.
