WHAT DO YOU DO IN JAPAN?

I am an English teacher.

WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED IN JAPAN?

I love the rich history and culture and, of course, the food!

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO STAY IN THIS CITY?

Hamamatsu has one of the biggest Brazilian communities in Japan, so it was only natural that I was drawn to it!

WHERE IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE IN THIS CITY?

Bentenjima area is one of the most iconic places in Hamamatsu and every time I drive over that bridge, I feel really lucky to be able to live in such a beautiful place.

WHAT DID YOU ENJOY THE MOST WHILE STAYING ABROAD?

I am still living here, so every day is a new discovery. I love to explore new places in my city: they never seem to end!

DID YOU EXPERIENCE ANY CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE AND FUTURE PROSPECTS AFTER YOU START YOUR JOURNEY?

Definitely! I feel like I am more open-minded when it comes to understanding other people’s cultures.
