The Standard Course offers morning-only classes, with 3 hours of study per day, five days a week, totaling 15 hours weekly. ACCOMMODATION
Share House
The share house at Osaka JaLS offers a cost-effective way to live while studying Japanese. You get a private bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen, and living areas, encouraging social interaction with other students and sometimes Japanese residents. It is ideal for those who enjoy a community environment and want to make friends. Meals are not included, so you’ll cook in the shared kitchen. The commute to school is usually about 20–40 minutes by public transport. Minimum stay is one month, and there is no deposit required.

Private Apartment
Private apartments (weekly/mansion or monthly) are fully furnished with a kitchen and private bathroom, offering maximum privacy and independence. This option is excellent for students who want a quiet living space and the freedom to cook and host visitors. Apartments are usually located closer to the city and school, with a commute of about 15–25 minutes by public transport. Minimum stays are typically one month or more.

Homestay
Homestay places you with a welcoming Japanese family, offering an immersive cultural experience. You have your own bedroom and share breakfast and dinner with the host family each day, which helps improve language skills and understand daily Japanese life. Homestays often have house rules and may include a curfew, but this fosters deeper cultural connection. The typical commute to school is around 30–60 minutes by public transport. Minimum stay is one week.
